However, we wish to underscore that if the manual(s) have been accessed or downloaded for offline usage, we are unable to process refunds of collected payments. This policy is rooted in the unique characteristics of our digital offerings; our manuals are purely in a digital format and, therefore, are non-returnable. Nevertheless, we welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues by providing an appropriate solution or an alternative manual where feasible.
