2.1 We have made all reasonable efforts to provide an accurate description of the service we provide on our Website. You acknowledge and accept that, ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring the Service is suitable for your requirements.
2.2 We assure that the Service we provide meets a standard no less than expected. Should any Service fail to conform to this guarantee within 7 days from the order date, we will exchange it, as per the “Long Distance Selling Regulation”. This clause specifies our entire liability for failing to meet the guarantee.

b. The Price Promise does not include comparisons with services sold during any sales or special promotional offers, including but not limited to, Christmas or seasonal sales;

d. Price comparisons do not include privately sold services;
e. Price comparisons do not include services sold in bulk;
2.4 Services classified as “special offer” are gross-priced, and additional costs, such as postage, are still applicable.
3.1 We must receive full payment for the Service that you order before we can accept your Order. Once we have received payment, we will confirm receipt of your Order by sending an e-mail to the address you provided when creating your order or your account with us. 3.2 You have the right to cancel the Order until the Service is dispatched by us (if you have chosen the “DVD-R” option). At this point, you have entered into a contract with us. If you have purchased any of our digitally downloadable products and have paid via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, you have automatically entered into a contract with us.
3.3 Once you have entered into a contract with us, you agree that all communications occur via our support ticketing system here.
3.4 A refund will be issued in the same method of payment you used when placing the Order for the Service.
4.1 Unless otherwise stipulated in clause 4, the price for Services is as listed on our Website.

4.4 All products on our Website are sold in USD. The currency conversions can be changed to your native country/ currency from the header of our Website.
4.5 If you purchase any of our products and pay via Credit/Debit Card, your bank issuer/provider may charge a conversion fee. This is a charge made by your bank for converting the Price to your native currency. toyotamanualshub.com is not responsible for this charge. This is a transaction between you and your bank issuer/provider.
4.6 If you purchase any of our products and pay via PayPal, you will be paying in your Native Currency, if available. Please check with PayPal. If your Native Currency is available, you will not be paying a Currency Conversion charge to PayPal. This is subject to change by PayPal without notice. If PayPal charges for conversions in the future, toyotamanualshub.com is not responsible for this charge. This is a transaction between you and PayPal.
5.1 All cancellations should follow our returns policy.
5.2 You must return the Service to our Contact Address at your own expense and risk while quoting both your Order ID and Case ID as per our returns policy.
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Contract if:
a. We do not have enough stock to deliver the Service you ordered; or
b. We do not deliver to your area or country; or
c. One or more of the Services you ordered was listed with incorrect information, including but not limited to price and/or description, for any reason; or
d. We have reason to believe that you will not comply with these Terms and Conditions;
7.1 Subject to clause 7.3, we will deliver the Services you ordered to the email address you provided when creating your account or order on toyotamanualshub.com.
7.2 If you entered an incorrect address while creating your account as per clause 7.1, we hold no responsibility for its loss in the mail delivery system, and the full price of the same order will be charged if the order is still required.
7.3 You will become the owner of the Service you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the Service has been delivered to you, it is held at your own risk, and we are not responsible for its loss or destruction.
